• A public celebration honoring the U.S. Coast Guard, veterans, and first responders
• A tour of the U.S. Coast Guard’s 65’ buoy tender
• Hot dogs & hamburgers served courtesy of Costco, while supplies last
• National Anthem performed by the Magnolia High School Band
• Color Guard presentation by the Louisiana National Guard
• Special proclamations from the Mayors of Shreveport and Bossier City
• Career info from Coast Guard recruiters
• Community booths & family-friendly activities
• Recognition of the Red River Waterway Commissioners for their support and for providing the venue:
