Pepper Pals is bringing the fire to Downtown Shreveport with the Second Annual Pepper Eating Contest, happening at Noble Savage on August 2. Whether you’re ready to compete or just want to watch the drama unfold, this spicy showdown is one for the books.

What to Expect:

• 15 peppers, from mellow to meltdown
• 5 hot sauces made locally from Louisiana-grown peppers
• 1 final knockout sauce to break any ties—and a few wills
• Prizes + trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Contest Schedule:

• Check-in + waiver signing: 2:00 PM

• First pepper round starts: 2:30 PM

• Format: 2 minutes per pepper and 2 minutes per sauce
