Any say savory crawfish beignets with remoulade? OK, maybe they didn’t mention crispy golden fried beignets stuffed with crawfish, but now that you’ve seen them, wouldn’t they taste great? This is just one of the delicious specials that occasionally find their way on the menu (and into bellies) at the Hilton Hotel Shreveport’s newly-branded River & Rye Restaurant at 104 Market Street adjacent to the Shreveport Convention Center.
It’s a great place to come enjoy a chat, a fancy adult beverage, and a list of bar bites from meat pies and fried pickles, a big market burger, club or salad, and top it all off with salted caramel pound cake. The River & Rye is open Mon-Thurs. 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday & Saturday: 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
