Several years ago there was an exciting project announcement about the former Arlington Hotel becoming a Distillery and mixed use development, but a pandemic changed things. Though some improvements were made, the project was nixed. Today, however, a potential developer has new plans for the building. Hopefully, the due diligence phase currently underway will give the developer the data and confidence needed so that his project will be a go and good news for downtown Shreveport!
