Join us at the historic Shreveport Water Works Museum for Food Trucks at the Museum, a day filled with food, food, food, live music, food, tours of the water works, fun things to buy, events for the kids, events for the adults, and food. Did we mention food? The Saturday, Nov. 18 event runs from 11 am-3 pm, rain or shine. (We have indoor space if there is rain on our parade.)

Parking is just across North Common Street, a short and easy walk. Handicapped spaces are available at the museum.

Entry to the FTATM is FREE, but bring money for (what else) food. If the weather is beautiful, tables and chairs will be set up under the majestic oak trees outside, if too cool, we will have inside seating. Come experience our Victorian-era water works and enjoy a wonderful day with family and friends while helping us raise awareness and a little money.

Food Trucks on site include:

Farley Enterprise Barbecue & Catering – BBQ, chopped beef, turkey legs

Eddie’s Seafood & Soulfood Restaurant – fish & shrimp

Music To Your Mouth – hamburgers & family favorites

Rib Tip Express – smoked meats of all types

Shiver Shack Shaved Ice -corn dogs and funnel cakes

Uneeda Taco -traditional South of the Border

Mucho Rico Colombian Food – Colombian cuisine

The Market Restaurant & Catering- menu to come

Drinks will be sold by the Friends of the Water Works Museum as a fundraiser, so come thirsty, my friends.

We will have vendors on hand, too. The list is expanding but so far includes:

  • Ben’s Body Basics- great natural body products
  • Susan Marie Papp- jewelry artist
  • More coming!
