Glover, Executive Director of the Downtown Development Authority. “This kind of inclusion ensures the benefits of such a project extend beyond the construction itself, creating opportunities that uplift our entire community.”

This project is being hosted in partnership with the City of Shreveport, Shreveport Bossier African American Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Shreveport, Greater Shreveport Chamber, and the Louisiana Minority Contractors Association.
