Downtown Shreveport Development Corporation (DSDC) is DDA’s sister organization. The two organizations work in concert to revitalize downtown. If you want to become part of the downtown business community and need funds to help with renovation costs, DSDC has a low interest loan that may help. The loan cannot be used to purchase a building, but it can be used for renovation. Loans are based on a variety of factors including collateral and ability to repay, but the Board of Directors tries very diligently to get these funds to businesses and individuals who can accomplish the goal of renovation with a little help.
