Discussions have covered everything from innovative partnerships to the proposed Revitalizing Downtowns and Main Streets Act, which could bring transformative incentives to refresh spaces, expand living options, and enhance downtown’s unique charm. Plans for new developments, like the state building designed by architect Christopher Coe, promise to bring fresh energy and new green spaces for everyone to enjoy.
