ShrevePark was recently highlighted as a customer success story by T2 Systems in an article titled “ShrevePark Extends Goodwill to Patrons with New UPsafety® PE Functionality.” The article discusses a new automated system that allows payment plan terms to be directly entered into the system, a feature ShrevePark supported during development. The ShrevePark team volunteered to assist our Parking Management Software vendor in testing a ‘payment plans’ feature under development. Monica Rogers led this effort, offering valuable feedback and suggestions for improvements throughout a months-long trial period. We explored this initiative further in our previous blog post, “What About Parking – Do you offer a payment plan for parking tickets?.” Ultimately, this collaboration resulted in a “custom” Payment Plans software tailored for ShrevePark and the City of Shreveport.

In the more recent article by T2 Systems, Monica shared her insights on the success of this new feature. Reflecting on the city’s approach to parking management, Monica said, “The city itself is not looking to put people in the poor house over not paying a parking ticket. We feel that choosing to work with patrons helps breed goodwill – and what parking division doesn’t want to do that?”
