First National Bank Tower at 400 Texas was officially added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 16, 2026.
The building is now eligible for state and federal historic tax credits, which will assist the owner on making significant building upgrade and renovations.
The First National Bank Tower joins other historic buildings in downtown Shreveport, such as the Old Commercial National Bank Building and the Petroleum Tower, that are individually listed on the national register.
