Louisiana will move into a modified version of Phase 3 of reopening the economy beginning Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Gov. Edwards says his new executive order for Phase 3 will remain in effect until March 31.

Under Phase 3, businesses such as restaurants and malls can operate at 75% capacity. Gyms can operate at 50% capacity. Bars in all parishes of the state can operate at 25% capacity and at 50% capacity in parishes with coronavirus positivity rates below 5%.

Gatherings at indoor event halls are limited to 50% capacity or up to 250 people.

Attendees of Bourbon and Barbeque Festival will get to sample each barbecue offering and bourbon cocktail while listening to live music from local band, Easy Money and Grammy award-winning New Orleans group, Rebirth Brass Bandon the main stage under the Texas Street bridge. Commerce Street will be filled with local products and vendors that complement bourbon and barbecue. Vendor spots are available and application will be posted soon.
Tickets are on sale now for $35 for general admission and $100 for VIP. VIP ticket holders will have access to the VIP lounge with premium seating near the stage and exclusive bourbons and food spread. The Red River District will be open to all ages, however festival ticket holders must be ages 21 and up
