Valentine’s Three-Course Dinner

If you’re in the mood for an intimate dinner for two, bring your Valentine for a romantic three-course meal by Chef Tootie Morrison. $80 per couple, call 318.459.4125 for reservations. Dinner includes two glasses of champagne with candied hibiscus flower.

Course 1, select one from:
• Lobster bisque
• Warm spinach salad with goat cheese and candied pecans

Course 2, select one from:
• Seafood risotto with scallops and shrimp served with filet mignon and asparagus
• Crab meat stuffed salmon and asparagus

COURSE 3
Heart shaped strawberry cake with chocolate ganache and homemade vanilla ice cream garnished with a white chocolate covered strawberry
