Join us to celebrate the craft beer community as we team up with our friends from Bayou Teche Brewing (Arnaudville, LA) to bring you a unique craft beer and dining experience. Enjoy a 3-course meal prepared by Chef Anthony Felan paired with different brews from Bayou Teche. Carlos Knott, our Bayou Teche representative, will be joining us to discuss their featured beers and the Louisiana craft beer community.
1st Course: Fried Chevre Goat Cheese, Pecan Pesto, Peach Chutney, Balsamic Reduction, Local Pea Shoots: Paired with Techeticles Brut IPA.
2nd Course: Lavender Brined Roasted Game Hen, Chive Whipped Potato Puree, Heirloom Baby Carrots, Natural Jus: Paired with Acadie French Saison.
3rd Course: Chocolate Pot De Creme, Drunken Cherries, Toasted Meringue: Paired with Walking Dead Coffee Kolsh.
