Block Party featuring Parish County Line

Hosted by Shreveport-Bossier Sports Commission and 4 others

Rally on the Red will wrap up with a Battle of the Bands featuring the Duke University Marching Band and the Temple University Diamond Bands. Following the pep rally is a free concert from on of the hottest country bands in the region, Parish County Line, at the Walk-On’s Independence Bowl Block Party.

Each marching band will stage for the pep rally at the end of the Mardi Gras Preview Parade upon arrival at the Red River District. Parish County Line will take the stage immediately afterwards to keep the party going well into the night.
