The SBDC has partnered with Regions Bank to bring you a seminar to discuss the many aspects of buying and selling small businesses. This seminar offers a “Buyer’s Track” and a “Seller’s Track” and concludes with a Panel Discussion and Q&A with our expert speakers who include a CPA, attorney, business valuation specialist, business broker and a commercial lender. Who should attend? Business owners, accountants, attorneys, business brokers, financial planners, CEOs and CFOs. Refreshments will be served, and you’re welcome to stay 30 minutes before and after for networking opportunities.
