Citywide Clean Up Downtown Crews

Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins and Shreveport Green have set Saturday, Aug. 24 from 8-10 am as a Citywide Clean Up. Yes, it’s going to be hot, but we need a good scrubbing so let’s git ‘er done! We are hoping to get enough volunteers for several downtown teams. Shreveport DDA will provide trashbags, gloves, water, encouragement and assistance with our DDA Streetscape cleaning crew. So far, we have teams from The Remington Suite Hotel & Spa, Fully Stacked, The Korner Lounge, Shreveport Common, Hilton Shreveport, Louisiana, The Office Hub – Shreveport, Balar Associates, Shreveport Aquarium, Parish Taceaux, iARCHiTECTURE, Prevot Design Services, APAC, The Missing Link , Lofts at 624, Haze On Texas, Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, The Agora Borealis, Sci-Port Discovery Center, Chris Lyon, Royalty Lounge, Retro Down Town Cafe, Norsworthy Gallery, Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau, Shreve Memorial Library, Vintage Design Group, LLC, Surfari Pals, Progressive Bank and Artspace Shreveport with more signing up daily!
