Come in your work clothes! Skirts, heels pants, workout and street clothes are allowed! Bring your yoga mat, meditation pillows or just something comfortable to sit on. This is a LIVE Guided-Meditation and is structure the entire time! So No worries about wandering minds or siting a long time. We will show you how to stag focused!

Never meditated before? NO WORRIES! This is the atmosphere for you! We will show you how! A little bit of education and a whole lot of PEACE! Learn how to integrate meditation into your daily life!
