The Office Hub hosts Women’s Wellness Wednesdays! We are doing it again! Come out for sisterhood, empowerment, great food, and freebies!

Join us, December 12th, from 11 to 12:30pm for a lunch and learn with our guest speaker Mary Thoma. This is a FREE event so pass the word along to other ladies. Food and refreshments will be provided. Food will be proved by Plants on the Go and Prep Cakes!

Mary Thoma Bio:

I am a life-long creative, entrepreneur,
and passionate essential oils educator.

As a woman, mother and daughter, It took me a long time
to learn how to truly take care of myself and not put my own needs last. It also took awhile to learn what I needed for true self care. I am now passionate about guiding and supporting busy women and creatives to craft a more spacious and beautiful life, and
one simple way to begin is by learning easy self care rhythms and rituals partnered with certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils.

I believe that when we listen to our bodies and give them
what they need and understand on a cellular and energetic level, our bodies recognize and can use this ancient plant intelligence to come back into balance in mind, body and spirit.

I love helping other women regain this heart-centered vitality
and I’ve built a thriving global community in just 3 years. Some women in my community have chosen to go further with me, and thus the movement grows.
