Logan Mansion Rental

Earn bragging rights by staying in a space that very few others will be able to claim. Spend the night(s) in a century-old fire hose tower that stands behind Shreveport’s original Central Fire Station. The tower, now called the Kallenberg Artist Tower or ‘KAT’, was built in 1922 and is a single 5-story apartment! Go up to the rooftop to enjoy a spectacular view of downtown.

The contemporary and industrial space is fun, featuring a room on each level (you’ll feel good about the exercise!). The lobby features tower info, coat rack and half bath. Level 2 gets into the heart of KAT and holds the Living Room with large TV, board games and books. Level 3 is the kitchen and dining space, but chances are good with restaurants like Noble Savage Tavern, The Blind Tiger and Retro Down Town Cafe, you won’t be breaking out the pots and pans.  Level 4 features the fully stocked bath area and Level 5 is the bedroom complete with queen-sized bed. P.S., pets are welcome too, for a small cleaning fee. The Hose Tower rents for $199 per night.
