The tower, now called the Kallenberg Artist Tower or ‘KAT’, was built in 1922 and is a single 5-story apartment! Go up to the rooftop to enjoy a spectacular view of downtown.
The contemporary and industrial space is fun, featuring a room on each level (you’ll feel good about the exercise!). The lobby features tower info, coat rack and half bath. Level 2 gets into the heart of KAT and holds the Living Room with large TV, board games and books.
