If you have driven by Dripps Donuts at the corner of Market and Texas, the machines and steel beams anchored against the east wall of the former Dees Photo building tell a distressing story. The building, owned by DSDC2, Inc., has very serious structural issues. DSDC2, Inc. is working with professionals to determine solutions if possible.
