What IS Geek’d Con? Well, it’s one of those things that if you have to ask… but we’ll take a stab at it. It’s all things comic book and Cosplay (costume play) and superhero and sci-fi and fantasy. Think ‘Supernatural’ (the TV show) on steroids.
The event is worth experiencing whether you are a fan of Chris Sarandon (The Princess Bride, The Nightmare Before Christmas. We ARE a fan, by the way), are interested in dressing up like Maleficent or just want to see the fun items offered by the vendors in attendance.
Geek’d Con takes over the downtown Convention Center Friday through Sunday.
Friday Vendor Night (Public Event) – 6 pm-9 pm
Saturday – 10 am-7 pm
Sunday – 11 am-5 pm
