Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation (SPAR) has closed the Shreveport Dog Park at the Stoner Boat Launch until further notice due to high water. The park is located on Clyde Fant Parkway at Stoner Avenue 2 miles south of downtown on the Red River, inside of the Stoner Boat Launch Facility, 857 East Stoner, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101.
