The Cardio Spot, 854 Texas Avenue (just across from Caddo Common Park),is a new fitness facility that wants to help people become healthier and have fun while doing it. They offer morning and evening classes that include indoor cycling, kickboxing, hip hop step aerobics, and more and offer a play area for children so Moms (or Dads) won’t have to let child care prevent them from working out! Classes are currently held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday.
