If you missed the first Artwalk of the year, don’t worry. The DDA presents this monthly art market (April – September, November and December) featuring live music, fun, great food, and a unique opportunity to meet and greet some of our area’s most talented artists. Venues hosting the April Artwalk were: artspace, Lofts at 624 Texas, Noble Savage, Pop N Pizza, and Uneeda Biscuit Lofts. The live demonstrations were a hit. Thanks to Tara Taylor for her fabulous massages, Red Star Pottery’s Curtis and Christine Bias for their pottery wheel and letting everyone watch their beautiful pottery being made, Joanie Nerrittig for performing – live music at its best, and Kaye Johnson for showing how to make cool gemstone wire trees.
