If you have been out walking on the streets of Downtown, you may have noticed the gorgeous new Adopt-A-Pot planters have all been planted. Thanks to the fabulous handiwork of Tim Hoover, the Horticulturist at The Shreveport Aquarium, Downtown is positively blooming!
