Robinson Film Center’s Abby Singer’s Bistro will release its new menu on January 7th, 2025. The menu, designed by Chefs Niema and Matthew DiGrazia, will feature updates on classic Abby’s fare, Louisiana favorites, upscale options, and Afro-Caribbean specialties.

“We were very selective in bringing on Chef Niema and Chef Matthew,” said Wendell Riley, Executive Director. “They’ve had a few months to experiment with new dishes and fine-tune their front and back of house operations. Now we’re ready to go in 2025.” Both chefs joined the organization in August 2024 and have been revamping what Riley refers to as “The entire Abby Singer’s Experience”. Bringing in new staff was the final phase in the bistro’s revamp, which includes a full front of house makeover that was completed in early 2024.

“I’m so excited to lead the bistro team in this new phase,” said Niema DiGrazia, Executive Chef at Abby Singer’s Bistro. “Abby’s has had some great leadership over the years, but we want to put our own spin on it, and really reflect both of our heritages, which includes Louisiana, West Africa, and the Caribbean. Robinson Film Center is a unique place, and we want to honor that by making Abby Singer’s a premier food destination, not only in downtown, but in the region.”

The bistro’s normal hours are from 11am to 2pm for lunch Tuesday through Friday, and 4pm to 8pm for Dinner Tuesday through Thursday, and 5pm-9pm for Dinner on Friday and Saturday. The bistro also provides catering for local events, both onsite and off.
