Rooftop Beer Yoga at The Remington
Come stretch out with us for our BeerYoga class. For our May 17 class, we have something special. Instead of hosting at the brewery, a pop-up beer yoga class will be taking place on the rooftop of Remington Suite Hotel in Downtown Shreveport.
We’re expanding this class to include 100 people. We’ll have some food from Drake Catering available afterwards, along with beers from Great Raft Brewing to enjoy while you mingle and enjoy live music from The Beauty Realm. There is a $20 registration fee that covers the class and a post-yoga beer, as well as a snack from Drake Catering.
What to bring & wear: Yoga mat, bottle of water and towel. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in, bend and stretch.
Class description: 60-min class led by the awesome instructors from Explore Yoga. Suitable for beginners and experienced students, this yoga class will challenge your balance, strength and flexibility. You will be guided through basic and advanced yoga poses, and learn breathing techniques to help alleviate physical tension and mental stress. All levels welcome!
