Women’s Self-Defense Course

By popular demand, the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is returning to teach an expanded women’s self-defense course. Learn to block hits and break holds, as well as other safety tips. Sgt. Jackson promises to bring out the mats for this edition of the course.

Space is limited and will be first come, first served. Sign in begins at noon in the Eaves Room. Come dressed to move around.

This program is open to women and teens (6th grade and up).
