Battle of the Gumbo Gladiators 2016 – The 4th Annual Battle of the Gumbo Gladiators takes place Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport. Gumbo Gladiators from near and far will compete to be crowned Ultimate Gumbo Gladiator in Seafood and Non-Seafood categories, with a People’s Choice, Best Decorations and Most Team Spirit up for grabs. There will once again be a large Vendor Village for some great shopping during gumbo sampling breaks.
