Finding Your Work-Life Balance Lunch & Learn

Hosted by YPI – Young Professional Initiative of Northwest Louisiana and 2 others

Please join us for our first Lunch and Learn of 2018 on Feb. 21 at Cohab, 500 Clyde Fant Parkway in Shreveport.

We will have a panel discussion followed by a Q&A on Finding Your Work-Life Balance. Each panelist will speak to one aspect of work-life balance as it related to directly to them. Topics include: professional development, nutrition, fitness and mental health. The panelists include: Carolyn Moore,Shelly Marie Redmond, Nutrition and Lifestyle Spokesperson, Ben McDonald and Clint Davis.

Registration is at 11:30 a.m. and lunch starts at noon. Tickets are $25 for members and $35 for nonmembers.
