There is still time to become a pot sponsor (Adopt-A-Pot, as in planters that is). The DDA downtown beautification project kicked off recently with the first Earthplanter on full display at Louisiana Avenue and Texas Street. DDA and DSDC believe beautification is critical to the organizations’ efforts to promote the revitalization of downtown Shreveport. The Earthplanters are unique in size, appearance, and because they have built-in water reservoirs, they are perfect for our hot and dry climates.
