The week of June 12- June 19 is going to be a big one downtown. The first of our ‘official’ Juneteenth events kicks off Sunday, June 12, in the Red River District and the week reaches a crescendo with the giant Let the Good Times Roll Festival and the popular ‘art-ish Black Art Show over the following weekend. First, though, a note about parking!

This is the parking map for the Juneteenth weekend. If you click the [ ] icon on the top right, it will give you a full screen with details. GREEN ICONS are FREE parking, BLUE ICONS are PAY parking, YELLOW ICONS are RESERVED Parking. Pay Parking options range from $3 to $10, please bring exact amount because some of the lots cannot give change. ALL on-street meter parking is FREE on FRIDAY (Juneteenth holiday), Saturday and Sunday (weekend days). Please be aware that if a lot is not indicated on our map, we are unsure if it will be open. Private lots can ticket and/or tow.

Here is the wrap up of special happenings, food and festivities. We will be adding to this list as events are announced.
