Come celebrate American Craft Beer Week with an amazing, one-of-a-kind meal that tells the story of the relationship between the brewer, farmer, and chef. Red River Brewing Company, Smith Family Farms, and Drake Catering (Chef Blake Jackson) have put together a specatular menu showcasing Chef Jackson’s skills and Smith Family Farm products, perfectly paired with Red River Brewing beers.

Doors open at 6 and dinner begins at 6:30 pm.

1: Smoked Bone consummate/Beef wonton (paired with RRBC experimental Kolsh)
2: Mint/Radish lamb taco (paired with Blood Orange Yellow Jack)
3: Chop Salad/blackened sirloin with smoked bleu cheese vinaigrette (paired with Hay Ryed)
4: Captain’s Porter Beef Short Rib with glazed vegetables (paired with Capt. Porter)
