Downtown’s newest cool place to work wants YOU (if you need art space)!
The Andress Artist and Entrepreneur Center at 717 Crockett Street was built with artists in mind. The expansive ground floor is all about creativity and features concrete floors, soaring ceilings, great natural light, a ‘clean room’ with sink and laundry amenities, and two gallery spaces.
The standard spaces are 8 x 8 and rent for $275.00 per month. Larger spaces are available and priced based on size. If you are interested in seeing one, shoot an email here.
There are several unique benefits to a space at the AAEC. It sits in Shreveport Common near the Shreveport Regional Arts Council, and the entire building was developed with networking in mind. An attorney, CPA, web site design firm, graphic artist, marketing specialist and others office on the second floor, creating an interesting stew of talent in one location.
P.S. The public open house for the AAEC is tentatively scheduled for the afternoon of  Thursday, June 17. We’ll have additional details as it draws closer.
