For anyone curious about the inner workings of the wine trade and the heritage of outstanding world wineries, this documentary puts all of that in a language the average wine lover will understand. The film takes audience members on a tour of the world’s top brands and the production methods behind these renowned wines. The evening will feature a pre-dinner wine tasting, suggested wine pairings for purchase with the meal, and an audience Q&A with Shreveport sommelier Giovanni Prosino, certified through the Italian Sommelier Association.
