Gumbo Gladiators 2017

Battle of the Gumbo Gladiators is an annual gumbo cook-off in Shreveport, Louisiana. It is the signature fundraiser for Volunteers for Youth Justice, a non-profit organization helping abused, neglected and at-risk children throughout Northwest Louisiana.

ATTENDANCE IS FREE!

GUMBO SAMPLES: Gumbo samples will be available so be sure to try them all.
