Shreveport, LA – Get ready for some serious heat in the kitchen—as well as on screen! Robinson Film Center’s Abby Singer’s Bistro will be in the spotlight when Executive Chef Niema DiGrazia and Sous Chef De’Unaka Haley battle it out on Food Network’s competitive cooking show Chef Grudge Match.

In Season 1, Episode 4 (“So Sous Me”), airing on Tuesday, August 26 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT, Sous Chef Haley and Chef DiGrazia look to settle a score in the kitchen by preparing delectable and exciting dishes in front of the camera. The grudge match promises to be both fiery and fierce, with celebrity judges Jet Tila and Eric Adjepong, and host Laila Ali overseeing the action. The winner walks away with $10,000, a coveted chef’s knife, and bragging rights for life.

This face-off brings more national attention to RFC’s culinary team and highlights Abby Singer’s Bistro’s reputation for both creativity and excellence. Chef Niema, known for her award-winning fusion of Sierra Leonean, Caribbean, and Southern flavors, recently won on Food Network’s popular Beat Bobby Flay in an episode titled “Fight Like a Lion”. Chef Niema will now showcase her culinary flair on a broader stage, with Chef Haley by her side representing the bistro’s depth of talent.
