American Tower is one of Shreveport’s signature Central Business District office buildings and occupies a prominent place on Shreveport’s skyline. This property has been owned by Rancho Pacific Commercial of Rancho Cucamonga, California since 2005. The building is home to the offices of Raymond James, The Shreveport Times, The Independence Bowl, Louisiana Film Prize, the offices of U.S. Senator John Kennedy and the offices Louisiana House of Representatives Member Alan Seabaugh among many others.
