Pop N Pizza at 500 Texas Street has two reasons for us to celebrate! The pizza eatery, which has become a mainstay downtown, and co-owner Brittani Shabazz, are both having birthdays. The restaurant is turning one, and Britt is turning, ahem, 25. Even though it’s their birthday(s), YOU get the gift! Pop N Pizza has been a great downtown partner, dishing up not only great food, but hosting pop up fashion, entrepreneurial and art events, they are always happy to be on artwalks, and have their dancing pizza in parades and other downtown events. In addition, they focus on not only themselves, but other downtown places and spaces in their fun social media posts on Facebook and TikTok, where they were asked to produce a video for the TikTok Impact Page.
